These terms govern your use of Vivid Escapades and any booking you make through us. By using the site, you agree to them.
1. Bookings
Booking a trip creates a contract between you and the local host who runs the experience. We act as the booking platform and payment processor.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
3. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel up to 48 hours before the experience start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless the host cancels or weather makes the experience unsafe. In the latter case, you'll be offered a free reschedule or a full refund.
4. Conduct & safety
Hosts may refuse service to guests who are intoxicated, behaving unsafely, or violating local laws. No refund is due in these cases.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vivid Escapades' liability is limited to the value of your booking. Travel insurance is your responsibility.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
