- Booking data: guest names, ticket selections, special requests.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe — we only see the last 4 digits.
- Usage data: anonymised analytics about how the site is used.
2. Why we collect it
To process your booking, deliver your tickets, comply with tax and accounting law, and improve the product. That's it.
3. Who we share it with
- Local hosts — only what they need to run your experience (guest names, count, any notes).
- Stripe — for payment processing.
- Resend — to send your confirmation and tickets by email.
That's the full list. No marketing partners. No data brokers. No advertising networks.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time — just email [email protected].
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies (session, security). No tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Retention
We keep booking records for 7 years to comply with Spanish tax law. Account data is deleted on request.
