These terms govern the Vivid Escapades affiliate program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to them.
1. The program
You promote Vivid Escapades trips using a unique referral link. When a customer books through your link, you earn commission on the qualifying booking.
2. Commission
The default commission rate is 10% of the net booking value (excluding taxes and processing fees). Custom rates may apply for high-volume partners.
3. Payout
Commissions are paid monthly in arrears, once your balance exceeds €50, by your selected payout method (bank transfer, PayPal or Wise). Bookings remain pending for 14 days after the trip date to account for refunds.
4. Allowed promotion
- Your own website, blog or social channels
- Email newsletters to opted-in subscribers
- Editorial content where the affiliate relationship is disclosed
5. Prohibited activities
- Paid search ads on the Vivid Escapades brand or trip names
- Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any artificial traffic generation
- Spam (unsolicited email, comment spam, forum spam)
- Misleading claims about us, our trips or our hosts
6. Termination
Either party may end the program relationship at any time. Earned commission on completed bookings will still be paid out. Suspected fraud results in immediate termination and forfeit of pending balance.
